Lemongrass Essential Oil
Lemongrass essential oil (Cymbopogon citratus) is obtained by steam distillation of dried lemongrass. Its major constituents include myrcene, citronellal, geranyl acetate, nerol, geraniol, neral, limonene, and citral. It has a fresh, lemony scent with earthy undertones and is known for its purifying, antibacterial, and revitalizing properties—commonly used to refresh indoor air and ease muscle tension.
How to Use
Diffuser: Add 2–3 drops per 100ml water.
Topical: Dilute to 1–3% with carrier oil.
For external use only.
Discontinue use if irritation or adverse reaction occurs.
