Sweet Orange Essential Oil
Sweet orange essential oil (Citrus sinensis) belongs to the Citrus genus of the Rutaceae family and is an evergreen small tree. It is mainly produced in Brazil, the United States, Israel, Italy, Spain, Morocco, Guinea, Australia, Indonesia, Russia, and the southern and eastern regions of China.
Cold-pressed sweet orange oil can be obtained either by cold-grinding fresh whole fruits or by cold-pressing fresh fruit peels . The residue left after cold pressing, or the collected crushed fruit peels, can also be used for steam distillation to produce distilled sweet orange oil.
How to Use
Diffuser: Add 2–3 drops per 100ml water.
Topical: Dilute to 1–3% with carrier oil.
For external use only.
Discontinue use if irritation or adverse reaction occurs.
